The Timestamp column (also known as Proof of Performance) lets you record the exact time each item in your rundown actually happened during a live show. It creates an auditable log of what and when rows were run. Useful for broadcast compliance, sponsorship, and post-show analysis.

Adding a Timestamp Column:

  1. Click the + button in the Toolbar to open the Add Column dialog

  2. Set the Column Type dropdown to Timestamp

  3. Give the column a name (it defaults to "Timestamp")

  4. Click Add Column

Note: Only one Timestamp column can exist per rundown. If one already exists, the Timestamp option will appear disabled in the Column Type dropdown.

Stamping a Row:

There are 2 ways you can stamp rows:

Manual Stamping:

  1. Hover over the Timestamp cell on the row you want to stamp

  2. Click the clock icon that appears

  3. The current time is recorded and displayed in the cell in h:mm:ss format

ShowCaller Tracking Stamping:

If show caller tracking is being used and timestamp column is added timestamp will automatically be added as rows are tracked.

Updating or Deleting a Timestamp:

  1. Hover over a cell that already has a timestamp

  2. Click the (ellipsis) button that appears on the right side of the cell

  3. Select an option from the menu:

    • Set to Now — overwrites the existing timestamp with the current time

    • Delete — clears the timestamp from the cell

You can also select the cell and hit delete to remove the timestamp

Notes:

  • Timestamp column data is now included in PDF exports, Guest Pass and can be hidden and rearranged in any order.

  • Timestamps are not copied when duplicating or pasting rows — each row's proof record stays with the original row only.

  • Hovering over the timestamp will display the date data
