The Timestamp column (also known as Proof of Performance) lets you record the exact time each item in your rundown actually happened during a live show. It creates an auditable log of what and when rows were run. Useful for broadcast compliance, sponsorship, and post-show analysis.
Adding a Timestamp Column:
Click the + button in the Toolbar to open the Add Column dialog
Set the Column Type dropdown to Timestamp
Give the column a name (it defaults to "Timestamp")
Click Add Column
Note: Only one Timestamp column can exist per rundown. If one already exists, the Timestamp option will appear disabled in the Column Type dropdown.
Stamping a Row:
There are 2 ways you can stamp rows:
Manual Stamping:
Hover over the Timestamp cell on the row you want to stamp
Click the clock icon that appears
The current time is recorded and displayed in the cell in h:mm:ss format
ShowCaller Tracking Stamping:
If show caller tracking is being used and timestamp column is added timestamp will automatically be added as rows are tracked.
Updating or Deleting a Timestamp:
Hover over a cell that already has a timestamp
Click the ⋮ (ellipsis) button that appears on the right side of the cell
Select an option from the menu:
Set to Now — overwrites the existing timestamp with the current time
Delete — clears the timestamp from the cell
You can also select the cell and hit delete to remove the timestamp
Notes:
Timestamp column data is now included in PDF exports, Guest Pass and can be hidden and rearranged in any order.
Timestamps are not copied when duplicating or pasting rows — each row's proof record stays with the original row only.
Hovering over the timestamp will display the date data
