History — Restoring Archived Rows and Columns

Learn how to use the History panel to recover archived rows and columns in your rundown.

The History panel gives you a record of changes made to your rundown, including a place to recover rows and columns that have been archived.

Opening History

  1. Open a rundown.

  2. Click the ... (more options) button in the top-right toolbar.

  3. Select History from the dropdown menu.

The History panel slides in from the right. It has three tabs: Activity, Columns, and Rows.

Activity Feed (coming soon)

This will show all edits made across the rundown with timestamps and user info.

Restoring archived columns

The Columns tab lists any columns that have been archived from this rundown.

  1. Click the Columns tab in the History panel.

  2. Find the column you want to recover.

  3. Click Restore next to it.

  4. Restored Columns will be added to the end of the column order

If there are no archived columns, you'll see a "No archived columns" message.

Restoring archived rows

The Rows tab lists any rows that have been archived from this rundown. Each row is shown by its title.

  1. Click the Rows tab in the History panel.

  2. Find the row you want to recover.

  3. Click Restore next to it.

  4. Row will be restored and placed at the bottom of the rundown

If there are no archived rows, you'll see a "No archived rows" message.

Permissions

Restoring archived rows and columns requires admin or showcaller permission on the event. If you can see the History panel but the Restore buttons are greyed out, contact your show admin to have items restored.
