Introducing the New Rundown App
We've rebuilt the rundown experience from the ground up over the last year. The new app is faster, more flexible, and an all new theme to represent our new home with Lasso!
Much of what you'll find in this new app came directly from you. Customer feedback has been the driving force behind this rebuild from the features we prioritized to the workflows we rethought. If you've ever submitted a request or told us what wasn't working, there's a good chance you'll see your fingerprints on this.
Key improvements include:
Full drag-and-drop control - Reorder rows, resize columns, and rearrange your layout the way your team actually works
Flexible column management - Rename and reorder every column, including presets like Items, Start Time, and Duration
Simplified formatting toolbar - A single, unified toolbar for faster updates across rows, columns, cells, and text
Timestamp / proof of performance - Timestamp column now fully accessible in guest pass, pdf export, and custom column configuration
Mobile and touch-device support - Fully featured from anywhere, on any device.
Seamless content pasting - Bring in pre-formatted content directly from Excel, Word, email, and other tools without losing formatting
Speaker Timer and Show Caller enhancements - New speaker timer view and tracking features.
Significant performance improvements - A faster, smoother experience across the board
New Prompter View - quicker search, jump to items in a new mini map, new reading indicator options, and much more layout customizations.
FAQs
Can I still use the old app?
Yes! Although we will no longer be adding new features to the old app we will continue to maintain it with a goal of sunsetting it in the future (no timeline yet)
What’s different from the existing rundown app?
As of March 2025, this new application includes tons of new features and improvements, however it doesn't include every single feature. We will be adding features both previous existing and net new over the next few months. Here is a breakdown of the differences and some of whats new:
