You can add images inside Rich Text cells to give your crew visual reference, for example guest headshots for camera operators, sponsor logos, or graphics. This article covers inserting images (including several at once), resizing them, and repositioning them within a cell.
Who can use this?
Admins, Showcallers, and Contributors can add and edit images. Read Only see the images but cannot change them.
Inserting images
Select an RTE cell or enter edit mode
Click the Insert image icon from the formatting toolbar to open the insert dialog.
Choose the File tab to upload from your device, or the URL tab to insert from a link.
File tab (upload)
Drag and drop images onto the dropzone, or click to browse and select one or more files.
Each file appears as a preview card showing a thumbnail, name, and size. You can remove an individual card before inserting.
If a file fails to upload, that card shows an error and can be retried without affecting the others.
Click Insert to add all of the staged images at once. When you insert more than one, they stack one per line.
URL tab (link)
Paste the address of a publicly accessible image and insert it.
Selecting and resizing an image
Click an image in the cell to select it. A ring and corner handles appear around it.
Drag any corner handle to resize. The aspect ratio is locked.
Repositioning an image
Drag a selected image to another line within the same cell to move it. Images can only be moved within their own cell, not dragged between cells.
Notes
Resizing is saved with the cell, so the size you set is what everyone sees.
