Rundown automatically numbers the rows in your show, starting at 1 by default. If you'd rather start at a different number ie 100 for day 1, 200 for day 2 etc. we enable you change this in rundown settings. You can also optionally hide the row numbers entirely if you don't want them shown.
Who can use this?
Only Admins and Show Callers can change rundown settings.
How to access row number settings
While in the rundown, click the
...button in top right corner and select SettingsIn the sidebar, select Row Numbers.
Change the starting number
In the Starting Number field, type the number you want the first row to display.
Allowed range: 0 to 999.
Click Save Changes.
Show or hide row numbers
If you'd rather not display item numbers at all, you can turn them off with the Show Row Numbers toggle in the same Row Numbers settings panel.
Open Settings and select Row Numbers (see above).
Switch Show Row Numbers off to hide the numbers, or on to show them again.
This is a per rundown setting and it syncs live / realtime to everyone viewing the rundown, so numbers appear or disappear for all crew.
Notes
These settings are per rundown. Adjusting them on one rundown does not affect any others however duplicating or templating the rundown will carry these values over.
