The rundown header has three clocks that give you an at-a-glance read on where your show stands: Planned, Over / Under, and Time of Day. Each one can be toggled independently from Settings, and the Over / Under clock surfaces aggregate variance even if you don't have an Over / Under column on your rundown.
The three clocks
Planned
Shows your show's planned timing, auto calculated from your rundown data
Start — the rundowns scheduled start time
Duration — total planned durations across all rows
End — scheduled end time of day
Over / Under
The live timing readout while you're tracking:
Row — delta on the currently tracked row. Counts down (green) until the planned duration is exhausted, then counts up (red). This was previously labeled Item Run Time
Show — cumulative variance across the whole show. Completed rows contribute their actual run time. The tracked row only contributes overage — unspent planned time on a row that's still in progress doesn't pull the show negative.
End — projected end time of day. Anchored on the show's scheduled start, this shifts later when the tracked row goes over (or when previously-completed rows ran long), and earlier when rows finish under plan.
When tracking isn't active, Row, Show, and End all read —.
Time of Day
Current Time of Day based on the defined event time zone
Mobile layout
On smaller screens, the three clocks collapse to a single line: Row delta, Show delta, and Time of Day. The Planned clock is hidden on mobile.
Toggling clocks on or off
Each clock has its own switch:
Open Rundown Settings from the
...button in the header.Select the Clocks tab.
Toggle Planned, Over / Under, or Time of Day on or off independently.
The header updates as you toggle. Settings save per rundown and these changes apply to all users.
Clearing logged durations
If you want to wipe the actual run-time data your show has accumulated (for example, after a rehearsal so the next pass starts clean), you can clear all logged durations from one place.
Open Settings → Clocks.
Scroll to the Danger zone at the bottom.
Click Clear all. The button is disabled when no rows have logged actuals, and shows the number of affected rows when it's enabled.
Confirm in the dialog that appears.
Notes
Clear all skips the tracked row and locked rows. Only rows that aren't currently being tracked, aren't locked, and have logged actuals are cleared.
Over / Under clock vs Over / Under column. The header clock shows aggregate variance for the whole show. The column shows per-row variance. You can use one without the other — clearing logged durations no longer requires having the column on your rundown.
Show delta protects in-progress rows. While a row is tracked, only its overage (elapsed beyond planned) is rolled into the Show delta. Unspent planned time isn't booked as under-run until the row actually finishes that way.
