Rundown Settings lets you update basic show information and control which clocks are displayed in the rundown header — all without leaving the rundown.
Who can use it?
Only Admins can access Rundown Settings.
How to open it
Click the ⋯ (More options) menu in the top-right of the rundown header.
Select Settings from the dropdown.
Information
The Information section (shown by default) lets you update:
Name — Edit the rundown's title.
Start Date — Pick a date from the calendar. The date must fall within the event's start and end dates.
Changes are not saved automatically. A Save Changes button appears when you have unsaved edits — click it to apply them.
Clocks
The Clocks section lets you toggle which timing clocks appear in the rundown header:
Item Run Time — Shows the elapsed time for the currently active row.
Time of Day Clock — Shows the current time of day (based on event timezone)
Toggle each clock on or off with the switch. Changes save immediately
