Learn how to create personal views and column layouts

Personal Views let each user customize which columns they see and in what order. Changes you make to your column order or visibility affect your own view and won't impact what teammates see.

This is useful when a rundown has many columns and different roles only need to focus on a subset. For example, a producer, audio engineer, and graphics operator may each prefer a different layout.

Hide Columns:

  1. Click the Columns button on the right side of the Toolbar

  2. Click the switch next to the column you would like to hide from your personal view

  3. To bring back a hidden column, go back to the Columns dropdown and turn the switch back on

The Title column cannot be hidden. Its toggle will appear disabled.

Hiding a column only removes it from your view β€” other users will still see it.

Rearrange Columns:

  1. Click the Columns button on the right side of the Toolbar

  2. Click and drag the grip handle on the right side of a column row up or down to rearrange the order

Rearranging columns only adjusts it for your personal view β€” it is not a global change.

Notes:

  • Personal Views are per-user and per-rundown. Customizing one rundown does not affect your view on others.

  • Column visibility and column order are saved automatically as soon as you make a change.

  • You can hide and reorder columns independently. Hiding a column does not affect the order of other columns.
