Inserting & Creating New Rows:

  1. Right click on the row number to access row actions list

  2. Select Insert Row Above or Below to create an empty row

Reordering Rows

You can reorder single rows, multiple blocks of rows (in order) or select individual rows (out of order) via drag and drop

Reordering single rows:

  1. Click and hold the item number cell of the row you would like to move

  2. Drag the row to the new location and drop

Reordering Multiple Rows (in order)

  1. Select the first row in the block by clicking in the item number cell

  2. hold SHIFT key and select the last row of the block to select all rows

  3. Click and hold any of the selected row item numbers

  4. Drag to new location and drop

Reordering Multiple Rows (out of order)

  1. Select the first row by clicking in the item number cell

  2. hold CMD / CTRL key and select other rows

  3. Once all rows are selected, click and hold any of the selected row item numbers

  4. Drag to new location and drop

*Note: this will place them in the order they were previously in

Deleting Rows

  1. Select row by clicking on the item number cell

  2. Right click on number cell to access row actions list

  3. Click Delete Row from the list

  4. Confirm deletion in dialog

Cut Copy Paste Rows

While dragging and dropping rows is probably the faster and easier way to move rows around. You can also cut /

Copy and Pasting Rows

  1. Select row you want to copy by right clicking on the row and selecting copy row

  2. Navigate to where you want to place it and right click on the item number ABOVE where you want to put it.

  3. Select Paste Row Below from the actions list

Duplicating a Row

  1. Right-click on the item number cell of the row you want to duplicate.

  2. Select Duplicate Row from the context menu.

  3. A copy of the row is inserted immediately below the original.

Row & Multi Row Formatting

Single Row Formatting

  1. Select row by clicking the item number cell

  2. Select formatting option from the top toolbar to make the change across the entire row

Multi Row Formatting

  1. Select multiple rows by clicking item number then use SHIFT to quickly select multiple rows in a block or hold CMD / CTRL to select rows not in a block

  2. Once all rows are selected, use the top toolbar to apply a formatting change

Swap Rows

  1. Select the two rows you want to swap by clicking item number of the first row holding CMD or CTRL key and selecting the 2nd row

  2. Right click on either item number cell to access row actions and click Swap Rows
