Formatting Options
The formatting bar includes the following options:
Bold
Italicize
Underline
Text alignment (left, center, right)
Uppercase formatting
Text color
Text highlight
Cell background color
Row background color
Hyperlinking
Lists: bulleted, numbered, or checklist
Font size
Clear Formatting â removes all formatting from the selected cell(s) in one click
How to Format Cells
Select a cell by clicking on it.
Choose a formatting option from the formatting bar.
The formatting will be applied to the selected cell.
Formatting Multiple Cells
Click on a cell.
Hold the Shift key and select additional cells within range.
Choose a formatting option from the formatting toolbar.
How to Format Text within a Cell
Double-click on a cell to enter edit mode.
Highlight the text you want to format.
Select a formatting option from the formatting bar.
Lists
Click the list icon in the formatting bar to open the list picker, then choose the type you want:
Bulleted list for unordered items
Numbered list for ordered steps. It renumbers itself as you add or remove items.
Checklist for items with a checkbox you can tick off, handy for pre-show checks or gear lists.
How to Format Rows
Click the item number cell of the row to select it.
Choose a formatting option from the formatting bar.
Formatting Multiple Rows
Click the item number cells of multiple rows to select them.
Choose a formatting option from the formatting bar.
Edit mode required for some options: Lists and Hyperlinks are only available when a cell is in edit mode. Double-click a cell to enter edit mode, then use the formatting toolbar to apply these options.
Tips
Apply row background colors to differentiate sections of your rundown.
Hyperlink important links for quick access to external references like file assets.
