This guide will walk you through the available formatting options and how to apply them across text, cells, and rows

Formatting Options

The formatting bar includes the following options:

  • Bold

  • Italicize

  • Underline

  • Text alignment (left, center, right)

  • Uppercase formatting

  • Text color

  • Text highlight

  • Cell background color

  • Row background color

  • Hyperlinking

  • Bullet points

  • Font size

  • Clear Formatting β€” removes all formatting from the selected cell(s) in one click

How to Format Cells

  1. Select a cell by clicking on it.

  2. Choose a formatting option from the formatting bar.

  3. The formatting will be applied to the selected cell.

Formatting Multiple Cells

  1. Click on a cell.

  2. Hold the Shift key and select additional cells within range.

  3. Choose a formatting option from the formatting toolbar.

How to Format Text within a Cell

  1. Double-click on a cell to enter edit mode.

  2. Highlight the text you want to format.

  3. Select a formatting option from the formatting bar.

How to Format Rows

  1. Click the item number cell of the row to select it.

  2. Choose a formatting option from the formatting bar.

Formatting Multiple Rows

  1. Click the item number cells of multiple rows to select them.

  2. Choose a formatting option from the formatting bar.

Edit mode required for some options: Bullet points and Hyperlinks are only available when a cell is in edit mode. Double-click a cell to enter edit mode, then use the formatting toolbar to apply these options.

Tips

  • Apply row background colors to differentiate sections of your rundown.

  • Hyperlink important links for quick access to external references like file assets.
