It is quick and easy to set a specific column order for your rundowns, schedules, and lists with Guest Pass. For example, if you want your client to always see your guest pass in a specific column order, you can set that column order in your rundown and they’ll see that in their guest pass.

Here’s how to set the column order for a guest pass rundown

First navigate to the rundown you want to modify. Then click on the Guest Pass option from the download menu. This will open the Guest Pass modal.

In the guest pass modal, click on “Set visible columns” near the bottom of the modal

Next, you click click on the up/down arrow next to any column to move that columns’ position

Note: A column at the top of the list will be the left-most contributor column in your guest pass

After refreshing your guest pass, the column order will match what you set earlier!
