Shoflo makes it possible for you to update the duration of the element you are exiting as you track to the next element. This is done by holding down the option (Mac) or ctrl (Windows) key when hitting the spacebar to advance the tracking bar. Thanks to Shoflo automatic time calculations based on duration, this means every subsequent item will also have it's start time adjusted.
